Do you set up games?
Yes, we offer game setup for a fee. We will add this to your final invoice that is collected prior to your in-home delivery.
Do you repair games?
Yes! On our first visit, we'll diagnose the problem. If it's a simple fix, we'll take care of it on the spot. If it requires more advanced repairs, we'll order the necessary parts and return to complete the work. Contact us for pricing information.
Do you sell parts?
We don't sell parts directly but are happy to help you source parts from our preferred suppliers. We typically recommend Marco Specialties, Pinball Life, or The Pinball Resource for your parts needs.
Do you accept trades?
We do, depending upon the game. Simply email us the details of what you'd like to trade, and we'll let you know if we're interested.
How long does delivery take once you arrive?
It depends on the game and the type service you desire. A simple drop-off typically takes 10 to 15 minutes, while a full service setup can take an hour or more.
How long will it take to receive my New in Box game?
- Shipping: Typically takes 1 to 3 weeks depending upon the freight carrier.
- Delivery: Typically 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the game production schedule. We do our best to keep you updated on these timelines as they can be fluid.
